What we collect

When you fill in a form. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, website address if you give it, and anything you write in the message. We use this to reply to you, to build your demo, and to follow up about the work you asked about. Form submissions are sent to [our CRM / email provider, e.g. GoHighLevel], which stores them on our behalf.

When you call or message us. Your phone number and the content of the call or message, kept in our phone and messaging apps.

When you browse the site. [We use no analytics / We use Plausible / We use Cloudflare Web Analytics], which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals. It records page views, referrers and rough location by country. No personal data is collected by browsing this site.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to click.

Why we are allowed to use it

We process your details because you asked us to get in touch (legitimate interest) or because we are preparing or performing a contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take further are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept for the length of the working relationship and for [6 years] afterwards for accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we use to run the business: our form and CRM provider, our email provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our accountant. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
