Why it is easier
Most established businesses in the area put their effort into ranking for Reigate. Redhill, Merstham, Salfords, Earlswood and Nutfield get a mention in a list at best. A page for each, written properly, meets very little competition.
The Gatwick side
Horley and the Gatwick approach are a few minutes down the A23 and full of work. A Redhill business that covers them should have a Horley page, and its Google Business Profile should say so.
